  • – 200 g chopped anchovies
  • – 1 tbsp lime juice
  • – 1 tbsp coarsely chopped raisins
  • – 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • – 1 tsp grated garlic
  • – 1 egg
  • – 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • – salt and pepper

Tahini sauce

  • – 100 g tahini (paste made from ground sesame seeds)
  • – 2 tbsp Olea Juice™ EVOO
  • – 1 tbsp vinegar
  • – 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • – 1 tsp cumin
  • – 1 tsp grated garlic
  • – 1 tsp pepper
  • – 200ml of water (for thinning)
  • – salt

Preparation Homogenize all the sauce ingredients and place in the refrigerator. Mix all the ingredients for anchovy meatballs and make uniform meatballs. Crumble with flour and fry at 180 degrees. Drain well on absorbent paper and serve garnishing with the sauce and fresh chopped parsley.
