  • – 100 g green salad
  • – 1 pleurotus mushroom into thin slices
  • – 1 champignon mushroom into thin slices
  • – 1 portobello mushroom into thin slices
  • – juice of one lime
  • – salt and pepper
  • – 20 ml lemon oil
  • – 20 ml Olea Juice™ EVOO

Preparation Marinate the mushrooms with lime, salt, pepper and olive oil. Marinate the salad with the lemon-olive oil sauce and garnish with mushrooms.
