  • – 50 g white cabbage
  • – 50 g red cabbage
  • – 1 grated carrot
  • – 1 small cucumber
  • – sliced colorful peppers
  • – 1/2 tomato cut into cubes
  • – 1/2 avocado cut into cubes
  • – 1/2 orange fillet
  • – 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • – 1 tbsp walnut
  • – 20 g parmesan flakes
  • – 10 g rocket

20 ml dressing Nammos

  • – 2 tbsp mustard
  • – 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • – 1 shot of soya sauce
  • – shot of brandy
  • – 2 shots orange juice
  • – 150 ml Olea Juice™ EVOO
  • – 1/2 shot of balsamic vinegar

Whisk the ingredients together except for the olive oil, which we add slowly.

Preparation Serve the vegetables in this order: cabbage, rocket, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cucumber, orange, nuts, parmesan and drizzle with dressing.
