  • – 4 headless and peeled prawns no. 13-15
  • – 50 g tempura flour
  • – 1 egg yolk
  • – 1 tsp chives

Chili garlic mayonnaise

  • – 20 g mayonnaise
  • – 1 tsp chili garlic sauce

Mix the two ingredients.

Sesame Dressing

  • – 1 tsp soy
  • – 1 tsp sesame oil
  • – 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • – 1 tsp Olea Juice™ EVOO
  • – 1 pinch of chili powder
  • – 1 pinch of sugar

Shake well all the above materials in a shaker.

Preparation Mix the flour and egg with a little water. Place two ice cubes into the batter and dip in the shrimps. Fry in deep fryer at 180 degrees. In a plate spread the chili mayonnaise and place the prawns. Pour the sesame dressing over the prawns and serve garnished with chives.
