  • – 4 prawns no. 2
  • – 1 tbsp Olea Juice™ EVOO
  • – 1 tsp chopped onion
  • – 1 pinch of grated garlic
  • – 1 shot of white wine
  • – 100 ml tomato sauce
  • – 1 tsp basil pesto
  • – 2 shots of fish stock
  • – 1 pinch of chopped parsley
  • – 2 tbsp crumbled feta
  • – ground pepper

Preparation Sauté shrimp with onion and garlic. Deglaze with wine, add the tomato sauce and stock, pesto, salt and pepper. Let the sauce thicken. Finally add the feta and parsley. Serve in a ramekin.
