  • – 250 g tuna cut in cubes
  • – 1 lime juice
  • – 1 lime zest
  • – 1 tbsp Olea Juice™ EVOO
  • – 2 endive leaves
  • – 1 tsp horseradish
  • – 1 tsp orange marmalade
  • – fresh ground pepper
  • – 1 tsp soya sauce

Preparation Marinate tuna with lime, olive oil and soya and place them in a springform pan. Fill one endive leaf with marmalade and the other with horseradish next to the tartar and serve.
