
- – 2 medium Lebanese pies
For the filling:
- – 150 g slice
- – 2 finely chopped onions
- – 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- – 6 sliced black olives
- – 1 pinch of oregano
- – 1 pinch ground black pepper
- – 1 shot of Olea Juice™ EVOO
Preparation Roll the pie, not until the end and fill with the mixture. Close well, press evenly so that the filling goes everywhere and grill until it melts and the pie is cooked… Cut the pie into 4 pieces evenly and serve garnished with oregano.
