Dressing

  • – 50ml Olea Juice™ EVOO
  • – 1 shot of lime juice
  • – 1 tsp chives
  • – salt and pepper
  • – marinated tuna
  • – 5 slices of grilled eggplant

Preparation Marinate the salad and tuna. Bake the eggplant. Serve salad.
