  • – 400 g shelled chickpeas
  • – 250 g tahini (paste made from ground sesame seeds)
  • – 1 tsp cumin
  • – 2 cloves garlic
  • – 2 shots of lemon juice
  • – 1 cup Olea Juice™ EVOO
  • – salt and pepper

Preparation Boil the chickpeas and when they are cold mix in the mixer with the other ingredients. Serve garnished with freshly baked Arabic pies, roasted pine nuts, and sprinkle with ground cumin, sweet paprika and virgin olive oil.
