- – 1 pleurotus mushroom into thin slices
- – 1 champignon mushroom into thin slices
- – 1 portobello mushroom into thin slices
- – juice of one lime
- – salt and pepper
- – 20 ml lemon oil
- – 20 ml Olea Juice™ EVOO
Preparation Marinate the mushrooms with lime, salt, pepper and olive oil. Marinate the salad with the lemon-olive oil sauce and garnish with mushrooms.
