
- – 50 g white cabbage
- – 50 g red cabbage
- – 1 grated carrot
- – 1 small cucumber
- – sliced colorful peppers
- – 1/2 tomato cut into cubes
- – 1/2 avocado cut into cubes
- – 1/2 orange fillet
- – 1 tbsp pine nuts
- – 1 tbsp walnut
- – 20 g parmesan flakes
- – 10 g rocket
20 ml dressing Nammos
- – 2 tbsp mustard
- – 1 tbsp brown sugar
- – 1 shot of soya sauce
- – shot of brandy
- – 2 shots orange juice
- – 150 ml Olea Juice™ EVOO
- – 1/2 shot of balsamic vinegar
Whisk the ingredients together except for the olive oil, which we add slowly.
Preparation Serve the vegetables in this order: cabbage, rocket, lettuce, tomato, avocado, cucumber, orange, nuts, parmesan and drizzle with dressing.
