  • — 1 chopped ripe tomato
  • — 1 chopped cucumber
  • — 1 finely chopped small onion
  • — 1/2 tsp mint
  • — 1/2 tsp parsley
  • — 4 slices of grilled halloumi cheese
  • — 1 shot of Olea Juice™ EVOO

Preparation Slice and marinate all vegetables with olive oil. Serve garnished with a tuft of mint and halloumi, which we have previously grilled, giving it sharp lines.
