
- – 250 g tuna cut in cubes
- – 1 lime juice
- – 1 lime zest
- – 1 tbsp Olea Juice™ EVOO
- – 2 endive leaves
- – 1 tsp horseradish
- – 1 tsp orange marmalade
- – fresh ground pepper
- – 1 tsp soya sauce
Preparation Marinate tuna with lime, olive oil and soya and place them in a springform pan. Fill one endive leaf with marmalade and the other with horseradish next to the tartar and serve.
